How to contribute to the community
Become a Construction Ambassador
Working through schools, colleges, youth or community groups or organisations such as museums, CIOB Construction Ambassadors inspire young people about construction and the built environment.
For those in the UK & Northern Ireland, we have partnered with STEM Learning, providing a platform where you can sign up to be a CIOB Construction Ambassador. STEM provides a well-established platform for connecting with schools and colleges, a funded DBS process, induction training and over 200 Construction and Built Environment resources for primary, secondary and FE college learners currently studying Maths, Science, Design and Technology, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, and Computing.
For those outside of the UK & Northern Ireland, you can contact us to support your engagement and make use of our Think Construction toolkit when visiting local schools and colleges.
